Tilt Theory, LLC is a dynamic, full-service, national promotions and event marketing company based in South Florida.
We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and energetic individual to lead our marketing efforts and be “hands-on” to implement marketing strategies for market and channel expansion in the Metro New York Area. We need a proactive instinct, and a positive attitude.
Primary responsibilities include:
Raise product awareness in the marketplace through developing menu activity, house pours, features, staff training, and sampling.
Manage program initiatives and budget.
Develop relationships with new accounts while strengthening relationships with existing accounts.
Increase communication between supplier and distributor.
Report weekly updates on (a) account calls and results (b) budget tracking (c) feedback on volume results from programs developed.

Desired Skills and Experience –
4 year college degree
Experience in an entrepreneurial environment, 5+ years in an alcohol/beverage marketing role, expertise in brand management, public relations, and creative direction.
Excellent written and oral communications skills, work well with limited supervision, aggressive, creative, personable, professional, strong computer skills.
Salary commensurate with experience.
